The Latest Events And Festivals in Cape Town
From the Mother City Queer Project in December to the Pride Festivities in February, Cape Town has a great party scene with gay events of an extremely high calibre.
The MCQP project is one of the key events in the Gay Calendar. Every year the theme is different, but safe to say it invloves lots of hot guys, amazing costumes and one of the best party atmospheres in December! And with the fantastic weather it definitely makes for one amazing Christmas Break.
The Pride Festivities are also an extremely colourful event. Uniting the various gay communities of Cape Town this years festival is expected to be the biggest ever with more than 40 events planned over a week of hot Summer fun!
The events listed below have a gay focus, however there are several other events that are worth mentioning including the summer wine concerts in the winelands and the regular shows at On Broadway and The Little Theatre.
