The showroom is all about food, wine, service, and of course, Bruce’s larger-than-life personality. his relentless energy and humour could not be suppressed behind kitchen doors any longer, so this time around, he has designed his kitchen to enable him to meet and interact with his guests (and possibly enjoy a glass or two of bruce juice).

The emphasis is on simplicity - evident in the minimalist melbournesque décor and graphic presentation. in the kitchen, only the very best ingredients are used from top suppliers. Bruce’s unique menu is a first in South Africa. it offers a selection of exquisite dishes with a seemingly infinite choice of sauces and wine, combining local and international elements with wit and cosmopolitan flair.
